Shopping :
* Please note that we hold no responsibilities for out-of-stock products which you could not purchase, even if they were placed in the shopping cart.
In this case we can either issue a prompt refund about the out-of-stock products or offset of the deposit by our commission or your international shipping cost to pay for shipping out of the other purchase.
* Please note that mail order shops in Japan don't accept any cancellations and change after making an order.
Auction process flow :
- We will confirm your order by automatic e-mail and place a bid for the auction within 5 hours.
- Please note that if the remaining time before closing the auction is less than 5 hours when you place an order, we might not make it to a bidding in time.
- If it is out of our business hours (9:00 AM - 11:00 PM(JST)),we might not be able to bid for the auction soon.
- If you become the highest bidder, we will inform you via automatic e-mail.
- If anyone outbid you, we will inform you via automatic e-mail.
- You would like to change your bidding price, please let us know.
- Please note that if the remaining time before closing the auction is less than 5 hours when you request to change the bidding price, we might not make it to a bidding in time.
- We will notify you by automatic e-mail when you win this bid.

- It will take 3-10 days before we receive your purchase in the mail.
- We will send you the invoice which covers the cost of the purchase, our commission, shipping, etc.
- We will also send you the request money mail via PAYPAL. Please make sure you pay the total amount within 1 week after you receive it.
- We will ship your purchase within 3 business days after receiving your payment.
